"There Is a Place for You at the Table."

Phase 1 — Now OpenVeterans Housing
Too many veterans who served this country come home to nothing — no stable housing, no support, no community. Sergeant Carliss Place is changing that, one veteran at a time.
Your gift provides a safe bed, case management, and a path forward for a veteran in crisis.
Phase 2Returning Citizens
People leaving incarceration face a system designed to make them fail — no housing, no job, no second chance. Freedom's Door opens the door that society keeps closing.
Your gift funds transitional housing, job readiness, and the mentorship that breaks the cycle.
Phase 3Family Housing
Families in crisis — especially those with children and loved ones with disabilities — deserve more than a shelter. They deserve a home with roots. This program is named for a life lost too soon and a legacy that lives on.
Your gift helps a family find stable, accessible housing and the support to stay together.
Phase 4Youth & Young Adults
Young people without direction, mentorship, or opportunity become adults without hope. YETS meets youth where they are — from Pre-K through young adulthood — and builds the foundation they were never given.
Your gift funds tutoring, life skills, farming, cooking, investing, and mentorship for a young person who needs it.
Phase 5Senior Housing & Care
Seniors deserve to age with dignity — not in poverty, not alone, and not without care. Crown of Glory offers both affordable housing and full residential care for elderly individuals who have given a lifetime of service.
Your gift helps furnish a room, fund a caregiver, and honor a senior who deserves to be treated like royalty.
Phase 6Disability & Special Needs
No one should be left out because of a disability. The King's Table – Mephibosheth's Place is built on the belief that every person — regardless of physical or intellectual ability — deserves a seat at the table, dignity, and a community that sees them.
Your gift helps provide adaptive equipment, specialized support, and inclusive programming for individuals with disabilities and their families.
Phase 7Employment & Career
Wanting to work and knowing how to get hired are two different things. Many adults in our community have the drive but lack the resume, the interview skills, and the connections to break through.
Your gift covers job readiness workshops, resume coaching, and career placement support for one adult.
Phase 8Wealth Building
Poverty is often a cycle of financial decisions made without the knowledge to make better ones. We teach budgeting, credit repair, savings, and generational wealth — for individuals, families, and churches.
Your gift puts practical financial education in the hands of someone ready to break the cycle.
Phase 9Volunteer & Outreach
Giving back should be accessible to everyone. Our Community Service Program connects volunteers with meaningful opportunities — mentoring youth, supporting families, and serving at outreach events — with every hour documented.
