About the Program
Designed to Soar, Inc. provides comprehensive workforce-development services designed to help individuals successfully enter, re-enter, and advance in today's rapidly changing workforce.
Our approach goes beyond simply helping someone find a job. We help Soar Members identify their strengths, develop marketable skills, prepare for emerging career opportunities, and build a pathway toward long-term employment, career advancement, financial stability, and economic independence.
As technology and artificial intelligence continue to reshape the workplace, employees will increasingly need a combination of technical knowledge and strong human skills.
