Breaking Free

The chains of the past are broken.

Every person who walks through Freedom's Door carries a story. We help them write the next chapter — one of hope, healing, and purpose.

About the Program

A new beginning starts here.

A returning citizen smiling — ready for a fresh start and a brighter future

Freedom's Door is Designed to Soar, Inc.'s reentry program created for individuals returning to the community after incarceration. We believe that a person's past should not permanently determine their future.

Returning home can bring significant challenges — from finding stable housing and meaningful employment to rebuilding relationships, restoring confidence, and learning how to navigate life after incarceration. Freedom's Door provides compassionate, judgment-free support designed to help individuals successfully rebuild their lives and move forward with dignity, responsibility, stability, and hope.

In 2026 and beyond, the world is changing rapidly. Employers increasingly value digital skills, AI literacy, and adaptability alongside character and reliability. Freedom's Door prepares returning citizens not just to find a job — but to build a career, establish financial stability, and become contributing members of their communities for the long term.

Judgment-Free Support

We meet every individual exactly where they are — with compassion, respect, and a genuine belief in their ability to soar.

Opening the Door to a New Future

The past is a chapter — not the whole story.

At Freedom's Door, we believe incarceration may be a chapter in someone's story, but it does not have to be the final chapter. Every individual deserves the opportunity to demonstrate change, restore their life, provide for their family, and become a productive and valued member of the community — equipped for the workforce and opportunities of 2026 and beyond.

The door to the past may have closed. Freedom's Door opens to possibility, purpose, and a new beginning.

Designed to Soar, Inc. — Second chances. Restored dignity. New beginnings.

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

— 2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV)
